Nathalie Fossé is a unique manual therapist as she applies neurology principles of the interoceptive, proprioceptive, visual and vestibular nervous systems to help her clients feel better, move better and live happier. She has experience working with post-surgery rehabilitation, scoliosis, traumatic brain injuries, balance issues, swallowing, guts and pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety.
Our brain oversees everything in our physical and emotional body. Nathalie’s therapeutic approach is to expansively and intentionally stimulate the nervous system to create functional, structural, and behavioral change. The more performant our brain the better we move, the faster we heal, the stronger we are, the healthier we live, and the happier we feel.
My personal journey to Restorative Therapy
My own history of chronic pain and recurring injuries with meager results using standard medicine motivated my personal journey into Restorative Therapy.
I do my best to live up what I advocate: exercise daily, spend time outside, meditate, eat healthy, read a book, never stop studying, travel, make an impact on the environment, visit my family as often as possible.
