I have been continuing the legacy and lineage of my beloved mentor Dr. Leon Hammer, MD for over 20 years now. My personal work in my clinic, at Dragon Rises College and in CEU classes has been focused on developing a deep understanding of Chinese Medicine through Dr. Hammer's guidance.

Picking just one area of your life to adjust is a great way to say "Yes" to your self. From this list of things that help improve gut health, I am going to focus on getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I really need 9, but a consistent 7-8 will be huge! Consistent doesn't mean there aren't occasional off days. It's never too late to change your mind.

I’m spreading the word about my pulse illustration project go fund me! I’m super excited to spread awareness about Chinese medicine and all that it can offer to understanding health and illness. The pulse illustrations will be used to teach pulse diagnosis and become a reference for practitioners to gain confidence in their skills.
