We are proud to recognize Melissa Fijalkowski, NHA, as the Administrator of Cedar Crest at North Florida. Melissa has served as an Administrator since 1999 and has been part of the long term care field since 1983, beginning her career as a Music Therapist. 🌟

She is passionate about helping teams grow, enhancing the lives of residents, and leading through QAPI and continuous improvement. Her dedication and leadership help create a supportive and thriving community for both residents and staff.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys building projects, gardening, and spending time with her husband of 35 years, their children, and grandbaby.
