Joyce Cottrell, RN, attended Stellenbosch University School of Nursing in Cape Town, South Africa, and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2004. She certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), as well as Delegating Nurse and Clinical Instructor. She is currently pursuing her Forensic Nurse Examiner Licensure. Joyce is also a member of the American Nurses Association, the Tanzanian Community Association, and the International Women’s Leadership Association. She was listed among the 2014 Women of Outstanding Leadership by the International Women’s Leadership Association and was named a 2016 Top Female Executive for Outstanding Professional Excellence and Dedication by the Worldwide Publishing’s Prestigious Roster.
