I am humbled to be the Audiologist for Wilma L. Vaught. She is a retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general. She was the first woman to deploy with an Air Force bomber unit, and the first woman to reach the rank of brigadier general from the comptroller field. She was inducted into the National Women's Hall of Fame in 2000, the U.S. Army Women's Foundation Hall of Fame in 2010, and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2022.
