It helps to both lengthen and strengthen muscles simultaneously—think of a ballerina, embodying athletic strength with grace and control.

Mat Pilates is both engaging and fun, encouraging you to move with control and precision from your core.
What about props?
Absolutely! Pilates integrates various tools to enhance your awareness and intensify your workout. In Pilates Burn, you’ll work with a Pilates ball, bands, and dumbbells.
Introducing Ella at Yoga Bliss!
Ella, who teaches reformer Pilates at Little Bird alongside Sabina, is joining us at Yoga Bliss to share her Mat Pilates expertise with you.
As a certified Pilates instructor specializing in both mat and reformer classes, as well as personal training, Ella holds a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy. She has extensive experience working with clients recovering from injuries and athletes looking to boost their performance.
Before moving to the U.S., Ella taught Pilates in several studios in Dubai and offered personalized training sessions to private clients. She is eager to bring her skills to Little Bird Pilates and Yoga Bliss and support you on your wellness journey.
