I am a therapist, in private practice, working with people through the expected and unexpected events of life. Whether meeting one-on-one, with you as a couple, or with you as members of a family, this way of working with emotional life is like a tailor made suit. Therapy can give you a safe place and the courage to share and reveal your story; to go there, not alone, but with someone who can help

you understand what is happening. With expanded knowledge of yourself, you have the strength to act on intentional and personally meaningful choices. We meet, first, for the purpose of consultation to think about your needs and goals. Then, we decide whether and how to work together, or what else might be most useful for you at this particular time. I am a catalyst for your understanding of yourself, alone and in relation to those important to you. The information you share and the work we do, I keep confidential.
