We 🔥spiced🔥 up the Single leg RDL by increasing 𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (toe out position) of the moving leg so you stress HAMSTRING, GLUTES, POSTURAL muscles on both sides, albeit isometric (leg on ground) and concentric ( moving leg) contractions....
🔥𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝘼𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙑𝙀, 𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝙈𝙊𝙑𝙄𝙉𝙂, 𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝙂𝙊𝙄𝙉𝙂🔥....
