Nothing builds strong partnerships like good food and great company.

A big thank you to the DAVIS Construction team at Field School (Phase 4) for hosting a partner appreciation lunch. It was great to come together with the school staff, Perkins & Will, CMTA, and all the subcontractors who help make this project possible.

Our team helped bring LA Posada’s vision to life at National Landing through hands-on tenant coordination and construction oversight. We worked with Dweck on this 5,500-SF fit-out.

Our support in this project included:

Our team is making the grade as renovations begin on the Wonder Building at The Field School, a private 6–12 grade institution in Washington, D.C.

Here’s what’s currently happening on site:
-- Wall framing and MEP rough-in are in progress
-- Concrete is being poured back at below-slab plumbing locations
-- Steel columns and beams are going in following new footing installation

This marks another exciting chapter in our continued partnership with The Field School—and we’re just getting started.

Exciting progress at our Mayflower Syracuse student housing project! Punchlist is complete and move-ins are on track for this month.

During a recent site visit, we captured some of the nearly finished units and we’re thrilled to see hardhat tours underway for prospective tenants.

It’s lights, camera, and soon-to-be action at Founders Row with Paragon Theatres preparing to open its doors soon.

We’re proud to have played a key role in making it happen with our preconstruction services as we:

▪ Identified and presented value engineering opportunities totaling approximately $150K
▪ Coordinated structural modifications, including a 12-ft roof raise to accommodate Paragon’s Premium Large Format (PLF) screen
▪ Engaged acoustical consultants to ensure minimal impact to the surrounding residential units
▪ Managed the landlord work permit and special inspection process in coordination with the design team and City of Falls Church

A special thanks to our client, Mill Creek Residential, and all project partners who helped bring this space closer to opening day.

When our clients win, we win, too, and today we’re proud to share that one of our flagship projects was recently recognized with a regional award!

While we originally helped bring King of Prussia Town Center to life, our relationship with the project didn’t end there. Years later, we continue to support the campus through landlord work and tenant coordination, ensuring it remains a standout destination in the region.
