We are a patient-centered medical practice specializing in making people feel better. Our doctors have extensive training and are Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. Furthermore, our office team members are specially trained to comfort patients suffering from sensitive painful conditions. We all work together to ensure you are well taken care of from the moment

you call for an appointment, to the time you leave after your treatments. PS&R is equipped to treat a wide array of painful conditions in a comprehensive and well-balanced way. Our team provides several treatment options including prescription medications, physical therapy, durable medical equipment and other modalities, in addition to peripheral nerve, muscle and joint injections for increased effectiveness. Furthermore, our pain specialist performs the full range of fluoroscopically-guided (x-ray guided) spinal injections, as well as spinal cord stimulator (neurostimulator) trials. We are experts in specialized diagnostic testing such as electromyography and nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCS) as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSK-US). All of our treatments can be done in the office, very conveniently located and accessible from the Gaithersburg and surrounding areas. We utilize only the safest techniques and medications to minimize any risk to your health. Everything that is recommended or prescribed to you will be explained to you in detail, and you will have ample opportunity to ask the clinical staff about your treatment options. You will be directed towards additional educational resources if you would like to learn more before any specific test or treatment is performed. We know first-hand that pain can be frustrating, debilitating, depressing and puzzling. Our goal is simple: to resolve your pain and help you put the pieces of YOUR puzzle back together. Dear Beloved PSRA patient,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to inform you of some exciting news and a significant change coming to our medical practice. After careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to give up practice ownership of Pain, Spine & Rehab Associates (PSRA) effective October 31, 2024.

Beginning 11/1/2024, PSRA will merge with Elite Spine & Pain Center, helmed by Dr. Jason Litt. My team and I will continue to work with the Elite team, alongside my new partner, Dr. Litt, and will provide pain management treatments close by in a brand-new office located less than 10 minutes away from our current space. We understand the importance of continuity in healthcare and want to ensure a smooth transition for you to continue your care with us at this new, combined practice.

Please know that this decision has not been made lightly, and it is driven by a combination of personal and professional factors. I genuinely believe that relieving myself from the burdens of practice ownership will allow me to serve you better, while ensuring that my own physical and mental well-being remain a top priority. I am doing this for myself, my family, and my patients. I want to express my deepest appreciation for the relationships we have built over the years at PSRA. It has been an honor and a privilege to be a part of your healthcare journey, and I am grateful for the trust and partnership we have shared.

It is my sincere hope that we can continue our partnership for many years to come under the Elite Spine & Pain team. My goal is to create a similar, stellar patient experience for you at my new practice as you have been accustomed to all these years at PSRA.
