PPO vs HMO

If you have a HMO policy your insurance will have already assigned you a primary care provider. If you would like to change primary care provider you will have to contact your insurer so they can reassign providers.

If you have a PPO plan you can see any primary care provider within your network.

In regards to specialists, if you have a HMO plan you will need a referral from your primary care provider before you can see a specialist. But if you have a PPO plan then you do not need a referral

Your skin cells see every tan or burn as damage to the cellular network. So when you either tan or burn this will send signals your skin cells to repair the damage.

טבולה כרובית לראש השנה
לכבוד החג שמחים לשתף אתכם במתכון צבעוני במיוחד מתובל "בברכות החג".
נאחל לעצמינו שתמיד נהיה לראש ולא לזנב ונזכה לשפע של בריאות.
שמתחילים שינוי תזונתי לפעמים הראש חושב והלב מרגיש תחושת "חוסר" שיוצר המון שליליות וגורם לתחושת ייאוש.
לתת למחשבות האלו לחלוף לנו מעל הלב, ולתת לנו להתמלא בתחושות של עשייה חיובית ולא מסכנות.
אי אפשר להישאר אדישים לסלט הזה על השולחן.

"טבולה כרובית"
מצרכים:
ראש כרובית קטן (או חצי ראש כרובית גדול), מחולק לפרחים (שטוף היטב)- כ 6 "תפרחות"
הדרך הכי טוב לשטוף כרובית הינה לשים את התפרחות בכלי עם מים ומלח מספר דקות ואז לסנן ולשטוף)
צרור פטרוזליה
1/2 צרור כוסברה
4 בצלים ירוקים
4 גבעולי סלרי
(2 כפות עלי נענע טרייה- לא חובה)
כוס גרגרי רימונים
תיבול:
1/2 לימון סחוט
4 כפות שמן זית
2 כפות דבש /סילאן
1/2 גפית שטוחה מלח
1/3 כפית פלפל שחור
הוראות הכנה:
במעבד מזון לטחון את הכרובית לקבלת "פתיתים", במידה ואין מעבד מזון ניתן לקצוץ עם סכין היטב את הכרובית.
לקצוץ דק-דק עם סכין את שאר הירקות (לממהרים ניתן לקצוץ במעבד מזון, להיזהר שלא יהיה קצוץ יתר על המידה)
לערבב יחד את הירקות יחד עם הפתיתי כרובית.
לפני ההגשה- להוסיף את הרוטב ולערבב, לפזר מעל את גרגירי הרימון.
