Owner Appreciation Post! A combined 5000 classes as athletes, countless hours of coaching and mentoring, and smiles that light up the gym. Maria and Flavia are the reason CFE feels like a second family to so many.

Saturday, April 11th we have a fun "field Day" partner WOD so be prepared to get a little dirty. The following Saturday after working out take a trip to CrossFit Frederick to cheer on CFE athletes competing in The Duel.
