5 months in and Scott is proof of what happens when fitness + nutrition actually work together.
After jumping into our nutrition challenge, he decided to keep rolling with the program—and the results speak loud:

⬇️ 20 lbs down
⬇️ 6% body fat lost
💪 Stronger, moving better, and doing things he couldn’t do 5 months ago

But what we love most? The habits.
