CCACC Health Center 泛亞門診 CCACC Health provides primary care, preventive care, health-related services, and welfare applications for uninsured low-income residents of Montgomery County.

Community health clinic, serving Montgomery County, MD since 2003. Services:
- Primary Care
Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses (i.e. diabetes, hypertension, and asthma).
- Referral Services:
Patient referrals to connected facilities for diagnostic imaging at a discounted rate. Patient referrals to specialists and health management plans for follow-up care.

ducation and Outreach

Requirements:
- Montgomery County resident
- Uninsured
- Income below 250% Federal poverty level
- Age 18+

Bilingual Staff (Chinese).

Did you know standard liver exams don’t test for Hep B? 🌟 The only way to know is through a blood test for Hep B surface antigen and antibody. Because Hep B often has no symptoms, many people may be living with it without realizing it.

At CCACC Health, our STOP B Program protects and educates the community through Screening, Treatment, Outreach, and Prevention. 💙

Hep B is preventable and treatable.
This month, we encourage you to get tested and get vaccinated to protect your health and your family’s well‑being. 💪
