The most underrated act of kindness is letting people be.

Let them mispronounce a word, talk too much about a show they love, or get excited about something you do not understand.

Everyone has something that lights them up. Let them shine even if it's not your thing.

I have learned alot of people dim their light so they aren't judged or misunderstood.

I also know allowing yourself to feel that excitement is key to moving towards greater health.

Good morning you gorgeous humans!

Let's start the week off with a couple of client reports.

1 client was experiencing mouth neuropathy after having dental work done 7 months ago.
1 session - full feeling is back! 🎉

Another client reported taking acid reflux medicine daily for the past 8 years.
5 sessions - they no longer suffer with symptoms and do not need the medicine anymore! 🎉

The Body Is Most Honest When the Mind Shuts Up.

If change actually came from explaining harder, most people would be healed by now.

They’re not.

Because bodies don’t change in thinking mode.
They change in learning mode.

When someone is on a Spinal Flow table and goes quiet, floaty, deeply aware but not analysing…
they’re not “relaxing.”

They’ve dropped into theta.

Theta is a measurable brain state (around 4–7 Hz) where:
• the thinking brain backs off
• the nervous system shifts toward safety
• sensory awareness increases
• memory, emotion, and body awareness link up

Translation:
the body becomes highly teachable.

This is why clients say:
“I don’t know what happened, but something shifted.”
“My body feels different.”
“I slept like a rock.”

That’s not vague.
That’s state-dependent nervous-system change.

Here’s the part that really messes with the usual narrative:

You don’t put someone into theta.
You stop interrupting the body long enough for it to get there.

Stillness.
Predictable touch.
Longer holds.
Minimal talking.

The nervous system reads that as:
“Oh. Nothing is required of me.”

And when nothing is demanded…
reorganisation happens.

Because the real work isn’t about doing more.
It’s about creating enough safety for the nervous system to rewrite its own rules.

Not fixing.
Not correcting.

Allowing

Teaching the body it’s safe enough to reorganise itself.

That’s where change actually sticks.

Spinal Flow doesn’t apply change.
It removes interference long enough for the nervous system to reorganise itself.

Which is exactly why:
• less talking works better than more
• longer holds beat constant movement
• clients feel changes they can’t explain
• the body continues to integrate after the session.
