Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and serving all of Southwest Virginia, Life Center of Galax provides men and women with high quality substance abuse and co-occurring mental health concerns. For over 40 years, our individualized approach to treatment has enabled us to respond the specific and unique needs of the Southwest Virginia area. We are proud to have been the first residential treatment program to be both licensed and accredited to exclusively treat adults with drug and/or alcohol addiction issues. Treatment here includes a number of evidence based options. We believe in creating and implementing treatment plans that are in accordance with our patients’ own perceptions of their personal strengths, capabilities, and needs. In this way, our patients attain the greatest chance for achieving successful and lasting treatment outcomes.
