Therapy animals play an important role in creating a supportive healing environment. Through companionship and emotional connection, they can help reduce stress, improve mood, and provide comfort to patients throughout their treatment journey.

Meet our therapy dog, Goose!

Our therapy dog and handler team provide comfort, emotional support, and a calming presence across the workplace. Goose's duties focus on improving employee well-being, stress reduction, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Visiting with employees in offices, break areas, and common spaces to promote relaxation and positivity.
- Participating in wellness events, team-building activities, and company initiatives that support mental health.
- Offering quiet companionship to individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, or emotional fatigue.

All sessions are conducted under the supervision of the employee handler, who ensures safety, hygiene, and adherence to therapy dog program standards.

Challenges are part of growth, not a sign of giving up. Each effort you make is meaningful, even when it feels quiet or unseen. Keep going. Your progress matters.
