💙 Clinical Employee of the Month: Sheila Shelburn Sheila is a devoted Personal Care Aide who provides one-on-one care to patients in their homes. She consistently goes above and beyond in every task she’s given! With her warm smile and genuine passion for helping others, Sheila brings comfort and joy to those she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and gardening. We are incredibly blessed to have Sheila as part of our Access Family!
💚 Administrative Employee of the Month: Laikyn Melton Laikyn, our Intake Coordinator, has recently taken on new roles within our company and continues to excel. She has shown great adaptability and a willingness to grow, stepping in wherever needed and learning quickly. Laikyn takes pride in helping both patients and coworkers, always going the extra mile to ensure things run smoothly. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset make her an essential part of our organization. She truly brings a bright and uplifting energy to the workplace and is a joy to be around!

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Hillsville Health & Rehab Center and Waddell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and especially Kathy Johnson, for brightening this dreary day with such thoughtful goodies! Your kindness and continued partnership mean so much to us.
Both facilities play an important role in helping patients recover through intensive therapy and rehabilitation before transitioning back home with home health services. We truly value the care and dedication you provide to our community.
