I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for everyone that has been on this journey with me, especially my darling husband. The transformation of this space has been amazing. She has turned out beautifully and is ready to welcome clients with open arms. Are we done? Nope. I don't know that we ever will be. That's what evolving is. We can always improve and become better versions of ourselves.

Happy Saturday! I've been a little quiet lately because I have some exciting things cooking up! I will be certified as a Fertility/Maternity and Women's Health Reflexologist in the coming month! But as always, anyone with any condition (or if they just want to relax) will be welcome!

Heyyyyy! It's finally here! I'm so excited to share the grand opening this month of Evolve Reflexology! Y'all, I am SO happy, excited, honored and blessed to have the ability to share this gift of knowledge with you all! While I am still working some stuff out on the website (I'm a Reflexologist, not a tech person 😬) I am still booking appointments. Just shoot me a message!

If you have no idea what I do or what this is "reflex-huh", let me explain. Reflexology is the science that deals with the fact that the 7,000 nerve endings in our feet connect with our organs, glands and parts of the body. By stimulating these reflex points on the bottom of your feet (and hands) a signal is sent to the nervous system to go into "relax and repair" and allows the body to begin to heal itself. It is not a massage, but a unique method of thumb and finger walking. And it is AMAZING.
