There was a time not that long ago that I believed eating vegetables that were roasted in oil or dipped in a dip was defeating the purpose of eating vegetables.
During that same time I ate few vegetables. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Now I eat them multiple times a day and I do roast them in oil and dip them in various dips.

Brussel sprouts were not in the house growing up. I eat them almost weekly bc… look at the nutrients! 3g of fiber… 3g of protein… full of vitamins and minerals… And they are anti inflammatory which is important for managing endometriosis (and a lot of other things)! And they are delicious!

As part of the way I am fighting inflammation and helping my body heal is incorporating more anti inflammatory foods.

This my friends is sencha green tea. 🍵
It’s loose leave that is brewed in hot water for one minute and strained. I added a little raw honey and I think I’m hooked!
