🐟 Garlic Lemon Baked Salmon with Greens
This delicious baked salmon dish has lots of omega-3 intake and helps support circulation.

Ingredients:
-Salmon fillets
-Lemon
-Garlic
-Dill
-Olive oil
-Sea salt
-Pepper
-Spinach or kale

Instructions:
1. Bake salmon with lemon, garlic, herbs, and olive oil at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.
2. Serve with sautéed greens.

🌿 Golden Lotus Root & Goji Berry Soup 🌿

A holistic Chinese New Year wellness soup! This warm, lightly sweet soup is perfect for detoxifying, energizing, and setting intentions for a balanced new year. ✨

Ingredients:
-1 lotus root, peeled and sliced
-1/4 cup dried goji berries
-6 red dates, pitted
-4 cups water
-1 small piece of fresh ginger, sliced
-Optional: a drizzle of honey for sweetness

Directions:
1. Rinse lotus root slices, goji berries, and red dates.
2. In a pot, bring water and ginger to a boil.
3. Add lotus root and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add red dates and goji berries, simmer another 10 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and sweeten lightly with honey if desired.

Marie Healy L.Ac.

Acupuncture Healing Arts Center was created in 2001 in Longmont, CO by Marie Healy, licensed Acupuncturist and graduate of Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO with a Masters in Science & Oriental Medicine. Marie is a Massage Therapist since 1994 when she graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. She has training in Cupping, Moxabustion, Shatsu, Tui Na, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Homeopathy and utilizes aromatherapy & flower essences in her treatments. Since 1998 Marie has been training Reiki Practitioners and Magnified Healing students and as of 2016 has been training Massage Therapists in Cupping Therapy CEU courses for NCCTMB. Marie’s specially is treating musculoskeletal injuries, athletic performance, pain syndromes, fertility and allergies. She is trained in Battlefield Acupuncture a technique created to work with PTSD and pain for the military.
