It’s going to heat up again! When it’s hot out, it’s important to stay hydrated. As part of extreme heat prevention, it is important to drink more fluids regardless of activity, rehydrate even when not thirsty, stay away from sugary or alcoholic drinks, and avoid extremely cold drinks which can cause cramping.
