In order to reflect the value of this ongoing professional development and to keep up with rising operational costs, I will be implementing a rate increase effective January 1, 2026.

I am out of the office for some incredible continuing education and will return Wednesday, September 24th. I will be completely unavailable by phone until then.

Please be advised that failure to confirm an appointment time that was offered to you within 24 hours, you do not have that appointment.

Additionally, any changes to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Late changes that could have been made with adequate notice will incur a full-appointment cancellation fee.

Just a couple of things to keep in mind, please:

***I do NOT book appointments using fb automations! I keep turning it off and they keep turning it back on with updates ***

I am currently not taking on new/more clients/appointments and I have a waitlist. If an appointment does open up, I contact those on the waitlist based on their availability. If I message/text you for an opening and I don't hear back from you, your name will fall off my waitlist. I only hold those appointment spots for 24 hours and then I contact the next person on the waitlist (going in order for when added)

Also, I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place and have for over 10 years. If you no show or cancel last minute, you WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR THE APPOINTMENT. This is stated in the policy/consent form that you sign at your first appointment. Please keep this in mind.
