• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or public administration (or related field)
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, reimbursement, or revenue integrity
• Strong understanding of payer contracts, managed care rules, and reimbursement models
• Working knowledge of ICD 10, DRGs, EAPGs, HCCs, and related coding systems

✨ Preferred Experience:
• Prior management or team leadership
• Experience with Critical Access Hospital or RHC reimbursement

This month, we are proud to recognize Stephanie Deisch for truly going above and beyond for our patients and our community.

Stephanie recently assisted an elderly patient who was struggling to find her car after an outpatient test on a rainy day. Not only did Stephanie ensure the patient’s safety and comfort—bringing a wheelchair when fatigue set in—but she also personally searched the hospital grounds until the vehicle was found. Her patience, compassion, and determination made all the difference.
