I often get asked how often should I get a massage. Monthly seems to be a common response and while I agree, I also encourage sustainable routines. An easy way to commit to this is to schedule a session every time the leave change color. This will get you 4 sessions a year and is a great way to get into (or back into) wellness. Remember this as we see all the colors of the season. I want to challenge everyone to do better for yourself as we look forward to 2024.
