Honestly, no excuse for not meal prepping! We had a super busy weekend I was out of town. Rolled back in at around 2pm, unpacked, did laundry and spent less than 30 min prepping for the week. It’s not exciting and I’m not a chef, but I know I need to nourish my body this week! We have dirty rice and turkey/veggie chili for the week.
