✨ Hi friends – let’s re-introduce! ✨
For those who are new here, my name is Shyanne Rosenbaum. I’m a functional medicine provider, registered nurse, and nurse practitioner — but most importantly, I’m someone who is deeply passionate about helping people discover the why behind their symptoms.
I started my career in traditional healthcare, but after years of watching patients come in with the same struggles and walking away without true answers, I knew something had to change. My husband and I began our own health journey — learning about root cause medicine, nourishing our bodies with real food, reducing toxins, and truly listening to what our bodies needed. We are now healthier in our 30s than we ever were in our 20s, and I’ve never looked back.
Today, I get to do the work I love every day: guiding patients of all ages (newborns and up!) toward better health. Whether it’s a small concern or an issue that’s been weighing you down for years, I believe the body is capable of amazing healing when we give it the right support. Some of my favorite areas to work with are women’s hormone imbalance, PCOS, insulin resistance, vitamin & mineral deficiencies, gut health, and functional lab testing. (And yes — I’ll never say no to a good IV for quick relief when you need it! 💧)
Outside of the clinic, I’m usually with my family — my husband and our two busy kiddos Wyatt 9 & Olivia 6 who attend Gallatin School. You’ll likely see me running from event to event, practice to practice, soaking up time outside, swimming, walking, reading, or putting together puzzles.
This clinic is such a special part of my life, and I truly love helping people not just understand what’s going on in their body, but feel empowered in their healing journey. My favorite quote is:
👉 “Progress over perfection.” None of us will ever be perfect, but each day we can take one step toward becoming the best version of ourselves.
I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to keep sharing more about the services we offer in the coming weeks. 💙
If you’re new, drop a 👋 in the comments and tell me something about yourself!
