🥵 Feeling extra warm or waking up sweaty during pregnancy?
You’re not alone! Hormonal changes can cause your body temperature to run higher — especially at night.
Light clothing, staying hydrated, and keeping your sleep space cool can help 💧❄️
Another reminder that your body is working hard doing amazing things!

✨ Toddlers have BIG feelings — and that’s completely normal.
Sometimes a small reset can make a big difference 💛
A change of scenery, connection through play, or a few extra cuddles can help shift the moment for both you and your little one.
You’re not “giving in” — you’re responding with love and support. 💕
