The Wellness Center will be closed today (1/26/26) due to the weather conditions. This also means our Silver Sneakers and Refit class for today are canceled as well.

Dont miss tonight's yoga flow!

From Seraphia~

Many of us are functioning from a nervous system that is in fight, flight, or freeze mode... the external stressors of the world, all the noise, and our own lives dynamics can influence our hearts to become cold, detached, and anxious. From that space, are we operating from truth?

The answer is no.

We are often functioning and making choices from a place of fear, worry, and stress. When we explore tools to navigate these spaces (movement, breathwork, meditation) and tap into the energies of our bodies, we can find more balance and equanimity, to calmly move through life with more courage and clarity ~

Chest and heart opening poses this evening! Paired with our root~ Grounding deep in our center, so we may move with more intention day to day. So we can align with our truth and navigate this wild world!

And hey, most of our chests and shoulders could use the mobility 🤳

Meet me on the mat this evening, 6-7p at the Holzer Wellness Center ~For a deep rest and pause. Your nervous system will thank you 🤍
