Tonight’s soccer game has been postponed - we hope you will still join us for Family Night sponsored by Holzer School-Based Medicine at tonight’s volleyball game! T-shirts will be given upon admission (first come, first served). Come learn about the new Gallia Academy Wellness Center and meet Holzer provider – Meredith Fallon, NP. Losing a loved one can be a difficult and painful experience. Grief is a unique and individual experience, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Hope and Healing Support Group provides an opportunity to connect with others experiencing similar feelings and emotions.

Hope and Healing Grief Support is offering a 4-week course for the month of October. The group will focus on learning more about the grief process and sharing resources to navigate the grief experience. For more information, please reach out to Shelly Ranegar, LSW at (740)-446-5074.

Holzer Strong's next meeting is on Monday, September 29th from 4:30pm - 5:30pm at the Holzer Therapy and Wellness Center! Lisa Milhoan, Quality Disease Management Coordinator at Holzer, will be the guest speaker. She will share information about Holzer's Caregiver Resources Group that meets at the Holzer Gallipolis Chapel every Tuesday and Thursday from 2pm-4pm. She will also provide valuable information for a wide variety of resources and case management. This will be a great way to find out about local opportunities! We look forward to having an open and beneficial discussion that touches on the needs of caregivers and family members.

This recognition is based on CMS HCAHPS survey data collected from Oct. 2023 to Sept. 2024, where patients rated how clearly nurses explained things, how well they listened, and how respectfully they were treated.
