*"I’m so honored and grateful to be named Employee of the Month! 💙 I truly love caring for others. Making a difference in my residents’ lives every day means everything to me. I take pride in treating each resident with compassion, respect, and kindness—just like family.
What I love most about working at Arbors is the sense of community. It feels like a second home, and I’m surrounded by an amazing team that supports one another. Most importantly, I get to build meaningful relationships with our residents, which makes every day special.
One of my favorite memories is seeing the smiles on my residents’ faces during special moments—celebrating birthdays, sharing laughs, or simply listening to their stories. Those moments remind me why I chose this profession.
