Theres something so beautiful about witnessing people shift their understanding of their own Body, Mind, and practices that support those spaces ~

Reflexology is deeper than the flesh. We work with the mental space, nervous system, and support the entire body ~ so it can rest and reset. A return towards balance and wholeness.

If youve been considering starting your journey with Reflexology or looking for your next session ~ May and June books are open! There's even some afternoon and weekend availability!

Through mindful and intentional accupressure techniques, we can guide the body back towards the natural abilities and power it has, to heal itself.

Your session can be as tailored as much as you would like, targeting specific ailments and dysfunction in the body ~ or simply come to melt away for an hour...

We carry so much of the weight in our neck, shoulders, and back. Tension from the day, the enviromental stressors, devices we are hunched over... that thing youve been carrying for alittle too long...

Come put it down this evening and find some relief within the body, mind, and soul.

Each Tuesday from 6-7p at the Holzer Wellness Center. We have all the props. Just show up, you deserve to be poured into as well.

Friday Hangs 👣🍃

Connect to Nature and Community as we celebrate Earth Day.

This evenings hike we will open with some somatic movement practices to deepen into body, then explore the Gatewood Trail system on a guided hike. We will learn about native plants in our area and ways to give back to our Earth.

Arrive about 15mins early for the short walk back to the trail! Cant wait to see you there ☀️

Yoga is a practice, not perfection. Breath is the anchor, sensation - the guide.

Through mindful poses, breath awareness, and slower transitions ~ we find coherence within body and mind. We create space to be, expand, and rest. The practice can be whatever you need..

Not just a space to relax... a space to come home. To be in presence with yourself and be cared for. To tune into the body and notice what it needs. To allow the mind to settle and be still. To turn it off for a bit and let that nervous system sigh.
