The best holiday escape in southeastern Ohio is “Gallipolis In Lights,” a holiday light display guaranteed to lift your holiday spirits this year. Thousands of lights fill the Gallipolis City Park from dusk till dawn, now – January 2nd. Created each year by a group of dedicated community volunteers who light up the park like a scene from a romantic Christmas movie. Thanks to their determination and hard work, Gallipolis In Lights has been named a part of the Ohio Holiday Lights Trail for the fifth consecutive year!

Gallipolis In Lights begins each year with the Official Park Lighting, which will be held Wednesday, November 23rd. Beginning at 5:30 PM, entertainment on stage, along with LIVE reindeer and FREE hot chocolate and cookies! Then the lighting ceremony starts at 7:00ish PM at the Bandstand with the flipping of the lights switch.
