🌌🙏🏼 Thank you to those of you who came out and dove into an introduction to yoga philosophy this morning! It was such a joy hearing your experiences, thoughts, and interpretations of these foundational teachings.

We explored five of the most well-known paths of yoga, master yogis associated with each path, the main texts of yoga, and how it all weaves together leading to the same “place”.

Flex & Flow is BACK this weekend with Jess and Jul! 🪑✨ It’s a chair yoga and strength class that will surprise you.

Chair Yoga is one of those practices that often gets overlooked. Yet it’s incredibly powerful for building strength, balance, and awareness in a way that’s both supportive and empowering.

This class blends mindful movement and gentle strength-building using the chair for stability and alignment. It’s perfect for anyone looking to move with more awareness, improve mobility, or explore yoga from a fresh perspective.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and strong.

Regular Chair Yoga is offered weekly on Monday and Thursday mornings with Jess. Come give it a try!
