Many animals have very strong bonds with the humans they know most of thier lives. Like this instance, Winter also had a tight bond with her team. Thank you to Clearwater Aquarium for knowing what was needed and allowing Winters team to be with her during her last moments, uninterrupted by guests.

It is with a heavy heart that we must separate ourself from The Columbus Zoo. With the retirement of Jack Hanna and the latest decreditation from The AZA we must say goodbye to The Columbus Zoo. Someday they will listen to those that want to save and truly care for animals.
