I want to apologize to all the wonderful patients of Family Medicine Associates for the past couple of chaotic weeks. I am working furiously to ensure all of my amazing patients are cared for and have options to continue medical care. I have the following important updates for all.
I am in serious negotiations and hopeful to have a group from New Mexico take over the office management and patient care for all patients of Family Medicine Associates in the next couple of months. With this being said, I have been asked by this group to be open to do telemedicine patient visits until August 29, 2025, which I have agreed to do. The times at which I will call may be variable due to travel and moving but if you need a telemedicine visit, this can be scheduled by calling the office, 505-722-6603.
If you have transferred your care to a different provider, you can continue to see your new provider, or if you want, you can schedule to be seen at Family Medicine, by me via telemedicine until August 29 or hopefully with a new provider that will be available in the future, and we still have your chart.
If you want to transfer care, please call the office for your records which we can either print or put on a flash drive, or you can have your new provider call the office to get records. Please be patient with my staff as they continue to work through this chaotic time and know that we are trying our best to care for you all.
Once again, I apologize for the uncertainty of the last few weeks, but I am hopeful a great solution will be available soon for everyone.
