Twenty years ago, Anthony and Patricia Arviso opened the first Native American–owned physical therapy clinic in New Mexico with a vision: to serve the underserved and uplift Indigenous communities through compassionate and culturally rooted care.

What started as a dream has grown into two decades of healing, empowerment, and impact. We are honored to continue walking alongside our community while restoring strength, restoring movement, and restoring hope.
