I'm so excited about this! I am now able to bill Kaiser for doula services. I can accept most Kaiser plans. Contact your insurance provider to inquire if your plan includes coverage for doula care.

Most insurances cover the costs of doulas. I am happy to advise you on how to get reimbursed. I want to help make doula care affordable to you!

After 36 hours, I am finally home! I'm so honored to have supported this beautiful family. Thank you for trusting me in your birth space and for allowing me to hold your space in labor.

On another note, if you choose to birth in a hospital, Sutter Davis Birth Center is one of the best hospitals in our area. If you are wondering how to choose a hospital for birth, reach out to your local doula and ask her. She has probably seen so much and can advise you on local hospital protocols and common hospital practices.

This family reached out last minute and I'm so thankful they did! First birth didn't go as planned, so they hired a doula for their 2nd. I love helping empower families into a redemptive birth experience, and watching them gain control of this process.

Just know you have more control over birth then you think you do! So proud of the mamas I have the honor of supporting! Well done🥰

It's always so rewarding to walk with a family through pregnancy and then through labor, all leading up to the moment of welcoming a baby into their arms. Then starts the journey of parenting. A few moments of this birth will stick with me as I am in awe of the whole process of mother and baby totally intelligent and working together in labor.

Happy 1st Birthday! When my kids celebrate their birthday I like to reminisce on the day they were born. Eva's birth was unique; it was at home and attended by her three brothers, her grandma, and her auntie.
