​As many of you know, my journey toward healing—overcoming slight obesity, eczema, and depression—has been a spiritual and scientific evolution. As I have grown, my mission has grown too.

​I am so excited to finally introduce Xi The Kitchen Chemist. 🥣✨

​This brand represents the truth I’ve discovered: that we as women are the original Chemists of the kitchen. We infuse healing energy into the nourishment of our families.

​The Update: Because Facebook won’t let me change the name of this current page to reflect this new chapter, I have will start a brand new home for our community!

Stop eating white sugar, cane sugar, processed sugar for a few days.

I can tell you now your body will start to detox the harmful sugar and you will get symptoms of withdrawal: Fatigue, headaches, muscle pain etc.

I have myself gone through this process and have watched others do the same. Even children will have these symptoms when removing processed sugars from the diet

That alone should tell you your body gets ADDICTED to sugar like a DRUG! Sugar can be dangerous, so many issues come from the over consumption of processed sugar.

Even the mental is impacted causing impulsive actions, bad mood, and increase hyperactivity, less focus.

I'm not just telling you things I read, I've experienced it, watched clients experience it. How to make your sugar detox more effective and comfy?

Delicious kelp noodles are a great replacement for Ramen. Ive used kelp noodles for bison spaghetti as well. These are the noodles we all should be eating!

You don't have to fight for your life in order to get the point.

Start today choosing health over habit.

Take a vigorous walk outside today and soak up the sun . Eat fruit for breakfast instead of coffee.

Make the CHOICE to DO BETTER.
