Stop eating white sugar, cane sugar, processed sugar for a few days.
I can tell you now your body will start to detox the harmful sugar and you will get symptoms of withdrawal: Fatigue, headaches, muscle pain etc.
I have myself gone through this process and have watched others do the same. Even children will have these symptoms when removing processed sugars from the diet
That alone should tell you your body gets ADDICTED to sugar like a DRUG! Sugar can be dangerous, so many issues come from the over consumption of processed sugar.
