I am so greatful for everyone's love, concern and understanding. Today was the first asana I have tried in 28 days. Autoimmune disease is no joke and I'm sending love to everyone in the world who is struggling with sickness or disease of ANY KIND! Pain, is pain, is pain is pain. We all fight some sort of pain daily. Whether it be physical pain or emotional pain we and we all experience it at some level. Hearing your inner self is the first step towards freedom. Try to sit quietly & tune out the pain, just be in a space of love and gratitude. The answers will come. Promise 💓 💓 💓
