It’s time to recognize the issue and stop allowing nay sayers to have a louder voice than higher educated colleagues!
**** We can’t expect professional-level pay or respect while clinging to an associate only -level education model. Entry-level jobs like TSA start at $25/hr—nearly what many new RTs make. No industry offers advancement pay to a workforce primarily holding associate degrees. If we want to be seen—and paid—as professionals, we have to start valuing higher education from within.

Especially now, with so many degree advancement programs available across the country and employer tuition reimbursement going unused, the opportunity is there. Investing in ourselves and our profession is how we move forward.

Our nations associate programs offer amazing platforms for continued advancement…just don’t stop there!
