No yoga today because this handsome dude is having knee surgery - fix small meniscus tear and clean up the knee.

Thank you, Ken, for taking Mike to surgery and to Stacey Jo for getting me to therapy and then to the surgical center. This no driving business is hard, but we're thankful to have such kind, helpful friends.

We will have yoga at 4:15 tomorrow (Friday).

Another great day of bachelorette party yoga! This was a fun group!

What a great day of yoga! I began the day teaching bachelorette party yoga on the beach with a great group of women. Then mid-afternoon I taught a group private yoga session to a really fun group underneath their deck. After that I taught our regularly scheduled yoga class. It was a fantastic day for Seek Peace Yoga - Galveston, but I am tired!

No yoga class tomorrow other than another bachelorette party, but we'll have our regular classes on Sunday at 9:45 and 11:00. Contact for exact location.
