Tuscan Parmesan Cream Soup

Ingredients:
1 cup cannellini or navy beans
2 cups spinach
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups vegetable broth
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil, for sautéing

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant.
Add the beans, vegetable broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add the spinach, cooking until wilted.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted into the soup.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.

Total Balance Health & Wellness opened it's doors as a Full Service Salon & Day Spa offering a complete array of professional hair services, skin care facials, full body waxing and massage services, all at the most affordable prices in Galveston, Texas on February 2016. We were immediately successful and continued to be Galveston's Top Rated Day Spa for over 4 Years. It was with deep regret that amidst the Covid - 19 Pandemic that we decided to permanently close our business in June of 2020. Tonie Wingate, LMT enjoyed working with each and everyone of her clients and could not bear the thought of not sharing her gifts with others so she has opened a private office with in her home where she will continue to offer Ear Candling, Reiki, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Warm Stones Massage, Sports Massage, Pregnancy and Infant Massage as well as Elderly Care Comfort Touch Massage, Tonie Wingate, LMT is also a certified Continuing Education Provider and is available for CEU's upon request. She also offers Corporate and Special Occasion Chair Massage and House Calls. Each of Tonie's sessions are customized to the individual according to their specific needs by utilizing various massage techniques and modalities. It is her personal goal to improve and balance the physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being of every one of her clients. To achieve this she makes it her priority to stay up to date with the latest research and education available. The expertise, professionalism, and personal touch that you experience with Tonie will balance and soothe your mind, body, and spirit leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalized.
