What does bodybuilding mean to me?

Well, I knew bodybuilding would be a part of my life from the first day I lifted a weight in my neighbors garage.
The art of bodybuilding instilled a quiet confidence, not arrogance. It also allowed me to obtain unbelievable discipline. Most importantly, bodybuilding gave me the strength and courage to fight after being diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer!!

With that being said, the fire burns 🔥 just as bright in me for bodybuilding as it did day 1. No matter what hat I wear in this organization, I will always be a bodybuilder!!

I received this message today and it touched my heart.i have so many reasons why I promote shows, creating memories for all is at the top of the list

This is kinda of a somber and beautiful moment. All three of these people, My Husband, Jordan Downing, (cancer) Mike “Fit is sh*t” Smith (Heart attack) and Veronica(cancer) “My swoll sister” have all since gone home to be with the Lord. I am so grateful we were able to make this memory. Thanks “The Tank” for taking part in such a precious, cherished, and life changing experience .
