So many people dread Mondays…
but what if we paused and chose one thing to be grateful for instead? 💜

Gratitude doesn’t have to be big or fancy.
It can be the quiet morning, a warm cup of coffee, a deep breath, or simply waking up today.

When we shift our focus—even just a little—we change the energy of the whole day.

✨ What is ONE thing you’re grateful for today?
Drop it in the comments and let’s start this Monday with intention, presence, and appreciation.

Lois Poe and I would like to thank everyone who came out to our sound bath and group Reiki session last night.

It was a beautiful afternoon in the courtyard of Herb & Smudge—peaceful, grounding, and full of gentle energy. The birds even joined in during the sound bath, adding their own natural music to the experience.

And a special thank you to Rose for creating the perfect hot tea to help everyone settle in. It was soothing, calming, and the perfect complement to the healing space.

So much gratitude for this community and the beautiful energy we shared together ✨💜

Today we welcomed the beautiful women of ADA Women’s Center for our monthly Lunch & Learn.

Hot taco soup was on the menu, followed by coffee and cookies—because nourishment comes in many forms. ☕🍪

We spent time sharing how we want to feel as we step into this new year, then tapped into our creativity by making Feeling Boards. Each woman shared the meaning behind her images and words, allowing us to see one another more deeply and connect in a meaningful way.

It was a simple, powerful reminder of how creativity opens the door to understanding, connection, and self-reflection.

A heartfelt thank-you to my sister Julie Ann Brown for being such a wonderful helping hand and volunteer today. 💜

What a beautiful night of community and love 🌕🐺
The Wolf Moon brought us together in a powerful circle of connection, reminding us that we are never meant to walk alone.

Under the moonlight, we released what no longer serves us and lovingly charged moon water for one another—infusing it with positive energy, love, intention, and healing.

So much gratitude for this sacred time, shared hearts, and the magic that unfolds when we hold space together. 💜✨

✨ Getting ready for our Wolf Full Moon Ritual tonight ✨

Moon water jars are being filled, tiny sea salt bottles are ready, and intentions are already flowing. 🌕🫙🧂
Tonight we gather on the beach to release what no longer serves us and charge our moon water with all the good stuff—clarity, calm, strength, and connection.

I can’t wait to see everyone under the moon, feet in the sand, hearts open, howling softly at what we’re ready to let go of and what we’re calling in. 🐺💜

We welcomed the new year the way we begin every month—down on the beach, toes in the sand, walking the labyrinth.

Eighteen of us held space for one another as we released what no longer serves us and set fresh intentions for 2026.

The energy that moved through us this morning was one of peace and calm… and a quiet joy for all that’s yet to come. 💜🌊✨

Greeting the New Year with Hope ✨

As we step into this new year, we do so gently…
Not rushing.
Not demanding perfection.
But opening our hearts to hope.

Hope reminds us that no matter what the last year held—
joy or grief, clarity or confusion—
there is still light ahead.
There is still possibility.
There is still room to grow, heal, and begin again.

At Living Life The Happy Way, we greet the new year not with pressure,
but with presence.
With a willingness to listen inward.
With trust that each small, intentional step matters.

May this year meet you with:
💜 moments of peace
💜 unexpected blessings
💜 deep breaths when things feel heavy
💜 and the courage to keep choosing yourself

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
Just arrive with an open heart.

Here’s to a year guided by hope, compassion, and intention.

✨ Intentions vs. Resolutions — A New Year Reframe ✨

As the new year approaches, we hear a lot about resolutions…
But what if this year, you chose intentions instead?

Resolutions focus on what you want to fix or accomplish.
They often come with pressure, rules, and an all-or-nothing mindset.

Intentions focus on how you want to live and feel.
They are gentle, flexible, and rooted in awareness—not force.

🌱 A resolution says:
“I will work out every day.”

🌊 An intention says:
“I intend to honor my body and listen to what it needs.”

One is a finish line.
The other is a compass.

Intentions don’t require perfection.
They invite presence, compassion, and self-trust—especially when life shifts or your nervous system needs care.

This year, instead of asking:
❓ What should I change about myself?

Try asking:
💜 How do I want to move through this year?
💜 What energy do I want to carry with me?

From that place, aligned actions naturally follow.

May this new year be guided not by pressure…
…but by intention. ✨
