We are pleased to announce that Advanced Integrative Health Group will be partially reopening beginning the week of May 20, 2025, following our recent temporary closure. While we continue to face staffing shortages and limited resources, we are grateful to resume patient care on a reduced schedule as we work toward full operations.

Current Appointment Availability:

Mondays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursdays: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Appointment availability is currently limited, and we appreciate your patience as we prioritize care for established patients and those with urgent needs.

Insurance & Billing Updates:

Please note that we are no longer in-network with any insurance carriers. However, we are continuing to accept out-of-network benefits for:

UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
Aetna
Cigna

We are currently credentialed to provide services under:

CareFirst BlueCross Blue Shield
Veteran's Community Care Network (VCCN)
Workers’ Compensation

If you plan to use insurance, we recommend contacting your carrier directly to confirm your out-of-network benefits.

Dear AIHG Community,

We want to inform you that Advanced Integrative Health Group is temporarily closed starting April 13, 2025, with a tentative reopening date of May 19, 2025. Please note that all appointments during this time will be cancelled.

This difficult decision comes as we navigate ongoing economic challenges, limited staffing, and provider unavailability due to leave and illness. During this time, we will also be undergoing an internal restructuring to better serve you moving forward.

For current patients, please note that any outstanding balances—including insurance-related cost shares such as deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance—will be invoiced and charged to the credit card or payment method currently on file, in accordance with our financial policy. If you need to update your billing information or have questions about your account, we encourage you to contact us promptly to ensure accurate processing. For any concerns or inquiries during this period, please reach out to us via the patient portal, leave a voicemail message on our office line at 410-774-0800, or email us at admin@aihgwellness.com.
