On behalf of our team, we would like to extend an invitation for your organization to participate in an upcoming Community Health Fair in Cornfields, Arizona. The Health Fair will be held on April 14 at the Cornfields Chapter House, and will run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You may begin setting up your table or materials starting at 9:30 a.m.

This event is intended to serve community members and families by providing access to health education, resources, screenings, and supportive services in one central location. We are inviting organizations, agencies, and programs that offer health-related services, education, outreach, or community support to
host a table or share information during the event

Mental Wellness Summer Camp at Sage Memorial Hospital
Give your youth (ages 11-17) a meaningful summer filled with fun, connection, and support for their mental health.

Dates: June 30 - July 23, 2026
Daily: Tuesdays - Thursdays, 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM (some exceptions)

FREE and limited to 15 participants
Includes art projects, physical movement, traditional teachings, and much more! Breakfast and lunch included. Participants must be dropped off and picked up at Salsbury Hall.

Eligibility:

Guardian Consent to Participate (registration packets must be completed and returned to the behavioral health clinic by June 5, 2026)
Complete an intake appointment with a behavioral health provider before participation

Registration packets can be picked up at the Behavioral Health Clinic (Salsbury Hall).

Every adult who works with young people needs to know how to recognize and respond to mental health and substance use challenges.
This one-day Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course teaches you practical skills to support children and teens (ages 12–18) when it matters most.
You’ll learn how to:

Identify warning signs
Apply the ALGEE Action Plan (Assess, Listen, Give reassurance, Encourage professional help, Encourage self-help)
Respond confidently and without judgment

Who should attend?
Teachers, school staff, coaches, camp counselors, youth group leaders, parents, and anyone who works with youth.

This two-day session offers the opportunity to learn a timeless skill, nurture creativity, and connect with fellow community members in a supportive environment.

Project: Make a beanie
Dates: March 23–24, 2026
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM each day

Location: Salsbury Hall, Sage Memorial Hospital, Ganado, Arizona

Open to anyone 8 years and older. Limited to 15 participants—attendance is required both days to complete the project. All tools, yarn, and snacks will be provided.

Sage Memorial Hospital is hosting Youth Mental Health First Aid training on Friday, March 20, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at Salsbury Hall.

This in-person program will teach you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18.
Ideal for teachers, school staff, coaches, camp counselors, youth group leaders, parents, and all adults who work with youth.
