We are excited to introduce

Kristen Lopez, RN as the new Director of Nursing here at Ganado Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

We are excited to see Kristen move into this role after 3 plus years providing nursing care here at GNRC. Kristen brings 10 plus years of experience in the nursing field to our facility. Its a wonderful feeling to see a member of the team step up into a leadership role such as this. 2026 is going to be a great year and we are excited to kick it off with Kristen and her nursing team!

Our GNRC family is proud to spotlight and congratulate Melissa Larson, RN
Melissa's Role as DON here at GNRC has come to an end. We are sad, and excited that Melissa has accepted the role as Regional Nurse Consultant for our very own Creative Solutions in HealthCare.

Melissa's hard work, compassion, direction, and dedication to quality and exceptional care for our Residents. Melissa has dedicated herself to our Residents throughout her time here. We at GNRC thank her and her family for the sacrifices she has made to make sure our Residents got nothing but the best.

We will miss you in this role and look forward to your direction at the Regional level as we continue our service to our community.

Mrs. Hinojosa chose Ganado Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after admitting to the hospital for health complications that resulted in severe weakness and diminished balance which resulted in dependence with self-care. She participated in our individual and group therapy treatments which focused on increasing her strength and independence with daily tasks to ensure a safe transition home. Mrs. Hinojosa was highly motivated and made excellent progress towards her goals while at GNRC. She returned to her previous level of function with the assistance of our multi-disciplinary team and we are extremely happy to witness her achieve her goals and transition back home. What a great way to start the 2026 year! We at GNRC are very proud of Mrs. Hinojosa and grateful she chose GNRC to share in her journey.
