Find out why Kegels aren't always the answer and learn how using a combination of breathwork, posture adjustments, gentle yoga stretches, and targeted strength training can help relieve your symptoms. The workshop will be held at Bella Health And Wellness Center on Saturday, 5/25, at 10am. Please bring 2 tennis balls or massage balls, a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket.
