My Mom and I traveled and adventured a lot as adults. It helped us bond and enjoy our differences. By acknowledging our differences, we learned to embrace and appreciate the differences between generations.
Each person in an adult relationship comes with their own set of experiences, beliefs, and values. Recognize that these differences can be enriching rather than divisive.
By incorporating these elements into your relationship, parents and adult children can work together to create a kinship that is characterized by equality, understanding, and mutual support.

Absolutely! This one's for you if you're dealing with stress or pain. It's not truly you who's feeling frustrated, angry, or bitter – it's just life's stressors making an unwelcome appearance. Let's tackle it together! 💪

I'm going to select the top five people who really speak to my heart. What speaks to my heart are people who implement, take action, and who’ve tried other things that haven't worked, and people who are really ready to make a shift to get themselves free and out of pain, because that's why I do the work I love.

To all the beautiful people who follow this group:

I have traveled the world for the past 7 years connecting to Gaia’s charkras, vortexes and sacred sites and appreciating all the beauty our mother planet provides us.

I have experienced so much amazing energy and aligned with divine Source in Estatic ways throughout this journey. Gaia is our gift! We must treat her with respect, love and gratitude. I am forever grateful for my awakening and understanding of this great gift. I will carry all that I have experienced within my essence forever in the light and love of my eternal existence.

Now that I have returned back to upstate NY and to my land and studio, I am able to share with All those who are called to experience this amazing energy, through healing, connection, experience and other offerings of other amazing souls as well. We will create the experience we each wish to experience in this amazing journey we have chosen to explore.
