While there may be new ownership, everything you know and love is staying the same—the recipes, the team, and the strong sense of community that has made this place so special for over 50 years.

Matthew has been part of House of Pizza for over 12 years. During that time, he didn’t just learn the business—he became part of the family. What started as a job turned into a dream, and now that dream is becoming a reality. He’s beyond excited and ready to continue giving this everything he’s got.

Hayley brings 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry and quickly fell in love with the pizza shop side of things. As the only new face, she’s so excited to join this already amazing team—bringing a positive, upbeat energy while learning from the people who have made this place what it is today.

We also have a 2½-year-old daughter Malia Jo whose favorite food is (of course) pizza—and you’ll likely see her around the shop keeping things fun ❤️

First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Katsios family for trusting us with this incredible opportunity. This business has been a staple in the community for decades, and we wouldn’t dream of changing what makes it so special. Our goal is to honor that legacy while continuing it as a family.

This was the scene when AllPro arrived. Heavy rain on a flat roof with clogged gutters caused the roof to collapse into the building. When it collapsed it took out the sprinkler system with it. Our trained crew reacted quickly to assess the scene, extract water, and start the drying process.
