East Asian Medicine has long known about the Lung-Large Intestine connection within the Metal element. Human beings evolved with various bacteria, phages, and viruses that have always been a part of our environment on earth. The fact that a virus like SARS-COV2 is wreaking so much havoc on human beings is a sign that we’ve become out of balance with the earth and it’s ecosystems that sustain us. We are poisoning the planet and ourselves at an alarming rate with chemicals, herbicides, EMF, pesticides, plastics and carbon emissions. It is beyond time to put health above corporate interests, strengthen the terrain of our bodies and live into a healthier future.
